As Head Chef at the Pheasant Inn you will lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You will inspire your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you will keep our guests coming back for more.

You will be working with a fair, people-focused General Manager who brings strong branded experience from Zizzi, Nando’s and premium pub environments. Passionate about guest experience, high standards, safety, consistency and quality, he is a great communicator who works collaboratively and is committed to helping his Kitchen Manager build and develop a strong BOH team.

The site itself was beautifully refurbished in September and is a standout venue, set in a stunning, secluded countryside location with roaring fires and function rooms, offering guests a truly memorable experience. Strong foundations matter here – from stock control to people development – making this an ideal role for a Kitchen Manager who takes pride in standards and wants to be part of a business striving to be the best.
