As Front of House Manager at Ibis Styles, you will make sure that the day to day runs like clockwork. You will work closely with all members of the team to ensure that high standards are maintained at all times and that our guests’ stay is seamless from start to finish. You’ll encourage and develop your team and you’ll maximise sales at every opportunity., * Assist all guests in a sincere and courteous manner, wherever possible going the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction
