As Assistant Manager at Toby Carvery – Norton Canes, you will support the General Manager and lead your team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will act as Deputy Manager in the General Manager’s absence, train and inspire staff, set a strong example, and ensure moments that delight guests.
Responsibilities:
- Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, including acting as Duty Manager when needed.
- Use your communication skills to train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service they can be proud of.
