Job Overview
The Kitchen Assistant role is based at All Bar One, Edinburgh Airport. This position supports the kitchen team, ensuring the kitchen is prepared, stocked, clean and ready for service. The shift pattern typically runs from 3:30 am to 12:pm or 6 am to 3 pm, and may vary with airport opening and closing times. Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities
- Set up the kitchen ready for the day.
- Assist in keeping the kitchen clean during busy shifts.
- Work as part of a team, supporting the chefs to deliver food that guests can be proud of.
Qualifications
- Complete an extensive airport recruitment process that includes background checks and references.
- Provide a passport or a full driving licence and maintain a clean criminal record to pass background checks.
- Demonstrate reliability, flexibility and a willingness to work varied hours, including weekends.
