Are you a strategic thinker with a knack for optimising operations? We're looking for a Booking Capacity and Optimisation Manager to join our Miller & Carter team. In this role, you'll use our TMS booking platform to maximise the efficiency and profitability of our reservations and seating arrangements. Your expertise in maximising sales opportunities, data analysis, restaurant management, and Excel will be crucial in driving revenue growth and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

What will I be doing?
- Ensure a seamless and enjoyable booking experience for guests, from reservation to dining.
- Analyse booking patterns and trends to identify opportunities for optimising table utilisation.
- Oversee the division's reservation system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in booking processes.
- Work closely with brand and central management teams to align booking strategies/set ups with operational capabilities.
- Evaluate and implement reservation and table management solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collect and analyse data on reservations, customer preferences, and dining patterns.
- Assist with Group enquiries across the brand to ensure they are converted in a timely and professional manner.

- Proven experience in restaurant management, with a focus on reservations and capacity optimisation.
- Strong sales and analytical skills, and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective strategies for optimising operations.
- Excellent Excel skills including the use of Pivot tables.
- Proficient in using reservation and table management systems specifically Zonal Events and TMS Tables.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
