We are on the hunt for a proven Area Manager seeking a new and challenging opportunity to lead and inspire a District of 13 individual businesses covering some of the most exciting locations in Central London. This District boasts some legendary pubs, from ‘The Crown & Two Chairmen’ to the famous ‘De Hems Dutch Cafe Bar’ and ‘The Sun in Splendour’. What will I be doing…?
- Making sure your teams bring their ‘A’ game when it comes to food, drink and service quality, always delivered with passion and pride
- Leading a diverse team of roughly 350 across 13 pubs in London locations
- Driving people succession through your District through coaching and mentoring
- Supporting your teams, making sure they’re the best they can be and working together to deliver results
- Driving a commercial culture- where delivering consistent high standards, sales and profit are at the heart of everything we do
- Working with your pub teams to unlock local sales opportunities by building connections in the heart of the community
- Ensuring your teams maintain a safe, clean and risk-free environment
