You’ll use your administration skills to make our guests’ check‑in as seamless as can be and you’ll share local knowledge to give them the best possible time away.

What will I be doing?
- Giving every guest a friendly welcome when they arrive at the check‑in.
- Providing guests with all information they require for their stay (breakfast serving times and location, location of night entrance, bar and food serving times, etc.).
- Asking if the guests would like to book a table in your pub/restaurant for dinner.
- Telling guests about the Innkeepers Lodge guest experience survey at check‑in.
- Dealing with guest queries and complaints quickly and professionally.
- Serving guests in turn, quickly and efficiently.
- Taking reservations from guests and dealing with all telephone calls with the highest level of customer service.
