With your support as a Kitchen Assistant at All Bar One Edinburgh Airport, everything will run like clockwork! You’ll make sure everything is stocked up, clean, tidy and ready for the shift ahead.

Job Location & Hours

All Bar One is based in the departure lounge at Edinburgh Airport. The typical shift pattern for this role is 12pm-9pm or 5am-12pm with weekend availability required. Drivers have access to staff parking. For airport security, you must provide a passport or driving licence (provisional or full) and have a clean criminal record to pass the background check.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning pots, pans and dishes.
• Support the cook line and line chefs.
• Help keep the kitchen clean during a busy shift.
• Prepare desserts and conduct prep.

• Capable of working under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay rate: £14 + tips (tips £2–4 per hour).

Shift pattern: typically 12pm‑close (around 9pm).
