As Assistant Manager at Browns Liverpool, you’ll support the General Manager in leading the team to success and motivate staff to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the General Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the business and act as Duty Manager when needed.
  • Use communication skills to train and inspire staff to deliver food, drink, and service with pride.
  • Serve as a role model and guide the development of the team.
  • Lead the team to deliver moments that wow guests, keeping them coming back.
