As our South London & Kent Area Manager at Toby Carvery, you’ll lead a collection of 16 fantastic restaurants where no two days are the same! This district covers the best of South East England, mainly in Kent and South London (Seven Oaks, Bexley Heath, Bromley, Beckenham, Gravesend, Maidstone, Mitcham, Snaresbrook, Woodford Green, Margate, Worcester Park ), as well as Surrey (Epsom, Crawley, Redhill, Croydon ) and Eastbourne . Through your passion, experience, and leadership, you’ll inspire your teams to grow and develop, serve up great guest experiences, and consistently meet targets.

What will I be doing…?

This role is varied and rewarding. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring your teams deliver high standards in food, drink, and service with passion and pride
• Leading a diverse team of approximately 350 staff across 16 restaurants
• Driving succession planning through coaching and mentoring
• Supporting your teams to excel and achieve results
• Fostering a commercial culture focused on standards, sales, and profit
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and risk-free environment
