Our scheme and our industry need ambitious graduates with bags of drive and determination. We won’t lie, our scheme is hard work at times but it’s so rewarding. I.T graduate scheme Overview
Our 18 month scheme fast tracks you to your first role in I.T and we will make sure you have every opportunity to learn all the necessary technical skills needed to support our frontline pubs and restaurants but also for a successful career in I.T. You’ll learn loads on the job and through an arrange of placements throughout the I.T function.
We will make sure you get there by
- Pub Bar or Restaurant placements (Weeks 2 to 3)
- Rotational placements across the I.T Function - Security and Compliance, Architecture Business Analysis and Service Operations (Month 2 to 12)
- 2 further placements of your choice that align to your interests and strengths (Months 13-18)
You will be really well supported by a great team of people on your journey with us - your line manager, placement manager and a graduate buddy from our community of graduates across the business.
And there is more. To ensure you’re on the right trajectory you will also benefit from development workshops throughout the scheme focused on enhancing your skill set and developing your leadership capabilities.

Should your application be shortlisted you will be invited to take part in a 3-stage assessment process
- 1 - Video interview where we’ll get to know a bit about you and if you impress us here we’ll invite you to complete Verbal & Numerical Testing (from the comfort of your own home)
- 2 - Face‑to‑face interview and group assessments at our Retail Support Centre in Birmingham where you’ll also get the chance to know more about us (should you progress after video interview)
- 3 - Final stage senior management interview (should you progress after Face‑to‑face assessment)
