Mitchells & Butlers – Finance is seeking a high-potential graduate for its Commercial Finance Graduate Scheme based in Birmingham. The three-year programme blends hands-on experience across Finance teams with study towards CIMA or ACCA qualifications, developing commercial acumen and business partnering skills within a leading hospitality group.
You’ll rotate through reporting, pricing, procurement and guest insights while being supported by a line manager, a graduate buddy and a structured programme.
