Who we are
Our vision is to be leaders in modern marketing by empowering our people, clients and partners to achieve the extraordinary. Mitchell & Stones are a forward-thinking, people-first digital marketing agency. At our core, we act as an outsourced marketing department and typically work with businesses that are struggling to establish a performing marketing function.
Our team consists of highly collaborative, friendly and ambitious individuals who are motivated by achieving success both for clients and the team.
About Us
Mitchell & Stones act as an outsourced marketing department for organisations across the UK and in Europe. Our clients trust us to consult and strategise on all areas of their marketing strategy and using our resources we execute those activities to help our clients reach their goals and objectives.
We are not your standard digital agency. We are changing the way companies deal with external marketing agencies. We offer a one-stop solution to companies who have struggled to establish a performing marketing function within their business. This means we get to flex our creative muscles more often, using our know-how to guide our client's marketing strategy and our internal resources to achieve their goals.
Our Culture
Here at Mitchell & Stones, you will find a team that is highly supportive in all areas of our endeavours. We believe that collaboration and a desire to do and be better is ingrained within our DNA. All challenges are opportunities and if it's always been done that way then we should absolutely be asking ourselves 'is there a better way?'
The Ideal Candidate
We are not just looking for someone with great marketing knowledge. We are looking for someone who has a true passion for marketing and is willing to break away from the digital marketing norms. Someone who loves building and growing relationships with the clients they work with and understands their vision.
At an individual level, the right candidate would be self-driven, ambitious, highly organised and have a desire to constantly up-skill and seek new knowledge and education within a sector that is constantly evolving.
How We Work
We operate a hybrid working model upon passing an initial probationary period of 6 months. This means you can split your place of work with three days in the office and two days remotely depending on your preference.
The Role
As a Digital Marketing Manager, your role is to manage and oversee the entire marketing function of your client's organisations. Your clients trust you to consult on their marketing strategy and to pull together the resources they need to achieve their goals and ambitions. You will strategise content plans, organise lead generation campaigns and utilise our internal design team for content creation to ensure we are deploying content as per the schedule.
Using both internal resources and the key partners we work with, you will organise who needs to be working on your client's accounts alongside you to deliver their campaigns with anything from a paid advertising perspective to building landing pages for an email marketing campaign and beyond.
