MM Support is a Care at Home Company providing high quality professional care. We provide support to people in their own homes throughout Fife. As a member of our team, you gain access to a large database of online training courses to enhance your career and develop your goals. Our leadership team are there to guide and support you with your professional development, pushing you to progress towards the next step in your career.

We are currently looking to recruit Care Assistants to work in our home care company covering the Fife region.

Responsibilities
  • Delivering high standards of care to clients in their own homes
  • Meeting the care needs of service users in a person-centred approach
  • Working within Health & Social Care Standards in line with company policies
  • Ensuring the protection, wellbeing and safety of clients
  • Ensuring effective written and oral communication
Qualifications
  • No previous experience needed as full training will be given
  • To work as part of a team or independently
  • Knowledge of the Health & Social Care Standards
  • Reliable, passionate & trustworthy
  • Access to their own transport
  • Must have full UK driving licence
  • Access to a Smartphone
  • Eligible to work in the UK
  • Flexible to work within multiple environments
  • Must be willing to register with the SSSC
  • Must be flexible and willing to cover shifts at short notice.
