About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team, based in London.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Relevant third-level qualification.
  • 5+ years’ experience across a wide range of sectors.
  • Construction Stage Data Centre Experience in Europe (preferably with a consultancy).
  • Experience in pro-actively managing projects.
  • Background in Mechanical and Electrical projects is a plus.
  • Local UK Data Centre Experience, pre or post contract, acting as a CQS or PQS is advantageous.
  • Chartered or working towards chartership, ideally.
  • Excellent client-facing profile with relevant sector experience.
  • Motivated and diligent team player, willing to go the extra mile.
