About the Role

We are looking for an experiencedProject/Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team, based inLondon.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Relevant third-level qualification.
-
3-5 years’ experience across a wide range of sectors.

Construction StageData Centre Experience (preferably with a consultancy).

Experience in pro-actively managing projects.
-
Background in Mechanical and Electrical projects is a plus.

Experience, pre or post contract, acting as a CQS or PQS is advantageous.

Chartered or working towards chartership, ideally.

Excellent client-facing profile with relevant sector experience.

Motivated and diligent team player, willing to go the extra mile.
