About The Role: We’re among the very best at what we do. We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team, based in London.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Relevant third-level qualification.
- 5+ years’ experience across a wide range of sectors.
- Construction Stage Data Centre Experience in Europe (preferably with a consultancy).
- Experience in pro-actively managing projects.
- Background in Mechanical and Electrical projects is a plus.
- Local UK Data Centre Experience, pre or post contract, acting as a CQS or PQS is advantageous.
- Chartered or working towards chartership, ideally.
- Excellent client-facing profile with relevant sector experience.
- Motivated and diligent team player, willing to go the extra mile.
