About The Role
Senior Project Manager in the Data Centre sector (or equivalent Mission Critical industries such as Pharma, Energy, Infrastructure, Life Sciences or Oil and Gas). A minimum of six years of experience in a project‑management role is required.
Responsibilities
- Run projects of various scale and complexity throughout the project lifecycle, including permitting, design and delivery workstreams.
- Ensure projects adhere to schedule, budget, quality, safety and all relevant requirements.
- Coordinate stakeholders—both internal and external—managing multidisciplinary teams such as consultants, designers, contractors and vendors.
- Work autonomously with limited oversight while recognising when escalation is needed.
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of the Data Centre sector, including typical technical requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Relevant third‑level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or Surveying.
- 5–10 years’ experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Experience within a Construction Consultancy, Client or Developer role (other experiences considered).
- Capability to work independently and understand when to minimise or elevate issues.
