The role of the Branch Manager Plastic Buildings Products will involve:
- Managing a depot selling a range of plastic building products such as rooflights, window frames, fascias, guttering, cladding, roofing, windows and doors.
- Managing all aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration and sales.
- Ensuring H&S practices are adhered to by all employees.
- Stock control.
- Ensuring excellent customer service is provided.
- Managing the budget and allocation of funds.
- Providing training, development and motivation to all depot personnel.
- Liaising regularly with the Area Sales Representative offering support where required.
