The role of the External Sales Representative Timber Products will involve:
- External field sales position selling a range of timber products and sheet materials.
- All of your time will be spent selling to tier 1, 2 & 3 contractors, sub-contractors, D&B contractors, joinery contractors, small to medium sized builders & shop fitters and merchants.
- After year one want you to be turning over circa £2m.
- Working out of a dedicated branch with great internal support.
- Upselling and cross selling product range where possible.
The ideal applicant will be an External Sales Representative Timber Products with:
- Must have proven track record selling timber products.
- Must have contacts within the industry and have a pre-existing customer base.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to convey technical information.
- Computer literate.
