The role of the Branch Manager Plastic Buildings Products will involve:
- Managing a depot selling a range of plastic building products such as rooflights, window frames, fascias, guttering, cladding, roofing, windows and doors
- Managing all aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, HR, administration and sales
- Ensuring H&S practices are adhered to by all employees
- Stock control
- Ensuring excellent customer service is provided
- Managing the budget and allocation of funds
- Providing training, development and motivation to all depot personnel
- Liaising regularly with the Area Sales Representative offering support where required
- Networking to improve the branch presence and reputation
- Managing a team of 2
The ideal applicant will be a Branch Manager Plastic Buildings Products with:
