Remuneration: £45,000-£55,000 + 20-30% commission + 10% quarterly profit share Bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager –Tiles and Stone will involve:
·Field sales role selling a manufactured range of tile and stone
·Majority of time selling into kitchen and bathroom retail showrooms
·Opportunity to grow projects in the future with architects and contractors
·Mix of account management and new business development
·Typically 4 days a week on the road visiting customers, one day working from home/ administration
·Assisting with merchandising, training, developing and nurturing kitchen & bathroom retailers as required
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager –Tiles and Stone with:
·Ideally sold aesthetically pleasing interior products
·Specific knowledge of tiles/ stone not essential, but may be advantageous
·2 years+ field sales experience
·Sold into kitchen & bathroom retail showrooms
·Hardworking/ honest
·Professional and prepared with strong organisation and territory management capability
·Prepared to do high xiskglj mileage
