Area Sales Manager – Powered Access Job Title: Business Development Manager – Powered Access Industry Sector: Powered Access, Plant Hire, Capital Equipment, Hire Industry, Construction Hire, Machinery, Construction and Infrastructure Areas to be covered: North West & Yorkshire Remuneration: £40-£50,000neg + £18,000-£25,000 Commission Benefits: £500 car allowance or EV car & benefits package The role of the Business Development Manager – Powered Access will involve: * Field sales position, responsible for promoting predominantly the hire of powered access equipment, plant hire, platforms and capital equipment. * Selling to various contractors such as; M&E, construction, builders, dry liners, and infrastructure companies * Visiting clients and construction sites across your given area, typically 10 customer appointments per week * New business development role (you will have access to a list of dormant customers and given some leads from the office) * Focusing on bringing in new long term clients * Managing and developing accounts, building long-term relationships to maximise repeat business and revenue growth. * Providing product demonstrations, customer training and technical support, ensuring clients understand the capabilities, benefits and safe operation of the equipment.
