Supervisor position overseeing the installation, service and maintenance of a high-quality range of fire rated sprinkler systems for domestic and residential projects.
- Supervise and manage a team of sprinkler technicians across North & Mid Wales.
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are met.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to the internal team on-site where required.
- Ensure all works are completed in line with company standards, customer requirements, and IFC accreditation.
- Carry out van, equipment, and stock audits for field installers.
- Ensure all activities comply with contractual specifications and relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in at least one of the following: pipework, mechanical systems, sprinkler systems, fire protection, or CCTV.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams.
- Good understanding of regulations and up-to-date accreditations.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal.
- High levels of organisation.
- Confident individual that can deal with any problems that occur on site.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
