Supervisor position overseeing the installation, service and maintenance of a high-quality range of fire rated sprinkler systems for domestic and residential projects.

  • Supervise and manage a team of sprinkler technicians across North & Mid Wales.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure productivity targets are met.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to the internal team on-site where required.
  • Ensure all works are completed in line with company standards, customer requirements, and IFC accreditation.
  • Carry out van, equipment, and stock audits for field installers.
  • Ensure all activities comply with contractual specifications and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in at least one of the following: pipework, mechanical systems, sprinkler systems, fire protection, or CCTV.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing teams.
  • Good understanding of regulations and up-to-date accreditations.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal.
  • High levels of organisation.
  • Confident individual that can deal with any problems that occur on site.
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
