The role of the Technical Sales Manager Ventilation Products will involve:
- Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of ventilation products and systems
- Focusing on and selling to social housing, local authorities and housing associations on both new build & refurbishment projects such as office blocks, apartment blocks, hotels, student accommodation etc.
- Inheriting a well-established area turning over circa £1m-£1.5m
- Majority of your time will be focused on generating new business relationships and getting more from neglected existing accounts
- Dealing with typical projects of around £50k - £500k depending on the size of the project
The ideal applicant will be a Technical Sales Manager Ventilation Products with:
- Must have sold to social housing, local authorities and housing associations
- Open in terms of what products you’ve sold
- Would consider an M&E consultant / contractor rep
- A team player who is highly organised
