Remuneration: £30,000 - £40,000

The role of the Project Coordinator - Roofing & Cladding Systems will involve:
- Project Coordinator position dealing with a high quality range of roofing and cladding systems
- Supporting the Contracts Managers and site teams in the planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution of projects
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and deliver project status reports to managers
- Facilitate effective communication between project teams and stakeholders
- Place material orders in line with project requirements and delivery dates
- Organise plant hire, delivery, and collection, including crane lifts as required
- Working on projects ranging in value up to £6m
The ideal applicant will be a Project Coordinator - Roofing & Cladding Systems with:
- Must have project coordination or associated experience such as procurement, buying or scheduling
- Experience in the construction industry, ideally familiar with roofing, cladding or facades
- High levels of organisation with the ability to manage diary
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Logical thinker, strong numerical background, problem solver
- Ability to work autonomously
