- Sell to a variety of industrial industries such as plastics, aerospace, steel fabrication, construction, automotive, modular buildings, drums and flooring.
- Direct selling to companies/end users.
- Inherit circa 40 active accounts with turnover ~£800k.
- Project sizes typically £20k‑£30k, ranging from £5k to £250k.
Qualifications / Ideal candidate
- Proven sales experience in paints & coatings sector.
- Distribution background or career progression considered.
- Experience across multiple market sectors or specialization in one (e. g., aerospace).
- Hunter mentality.
- Strong communication skills.
- IT literate.
