The role of the Showroom Manager involves selling a range of luxury Floor & Wall Tiles into residential and retail sectors including end users. Responsibilities include:
- Managing, motivating and overseeing two small sales teams while maintaining high presentation standards.
- Conducting multiple 1-2-1 client appointments and building relationships.
- Sending out quotations following appointments and following up appropriately.
- Arranging deliveries and providing aftersales service.
- Updating internal CRM systems with relevant information to keep records up to date.
- Managing all aspects of the showroom.
- Exceeding all KPIs and targets set based on team performance and sales.
The ideal applicant will have:
- Sales experience in selling floor/wall tiles or a background in the interiors industry.
