The role of the Commercial Specification Sales Manager – Floor & Wall Tiles will involve:
- Field sales role selling a manufactured range of wall and floor tiles such as ceramics, natural stone, hard wood, laminate, porcelain and other bathroom related products.
- All of your time will be spent selling to tier 1 main contractors, regional developers, architects, interiors designers and specifiers.
- Targeted to turnover £300k in the first year.
- Majority of your time will be spent developing new business relationships.
The ideal applicant will be a Commercial Specification Sales Manager – Floor & Wall Tiles with:
- Must have construction field/specification sales experience selling to tier 1 contractors, developers, specifiers, architects and interiors designers.
- Would consider a contractors/developers sales rep with no specification experience.
- Ideally from the tile or KBB industry, however open.
- Customer focussed, personable character with excellent relationship building skills.
