Remuneration: £45,000-£55,000 depending on experience + bonus / commission

The role of the Area Sales Manager Natural Slate Roof Tiles will involve:
Specification sales position promoting a high quality range of architectural stone & slate products for applications such as; roofing, cladding, flooring, walling, paving, landscaping
Focusing on both the residential & commercial sectors
All of your time will be spent influencing and selling to specifiers & contractors such as; architects, interior designers, landscape consultants, faade consultants, building surveyors, roofing & cladding contractors,
Once up and running will be targeted to turnover circa £3m
Ideally based South Cumbria, West Yorkshire, North Lancashire regions
The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager Natural Slate Roof Tiles with:
Must have high end specification sales experience following projects through to completion with contractors
Must have sold a similar product for example; architectural stone, landscape products, roofing, cladding, facades, EWI, concrete, surfaces, brickslips, masonry systems, slate, national stone, paving, stone flooring etc
Dynamic and proactive approach
Stable career patch, no job hoppers
Excellent territory planning skills
