Area to be covered: M4 corridor (ideally based Bristol, Reading, Swindon, Basingstoke, Salisbury)
Remuneration: £60,000 negotiable + up to 25% bonus
Benefits: £6,500 car allowance + full benefits package
The role of the Area Sales Manager Suspended Ceilings will involve:
field sales position selling a high quality manufactured rangeof acoustic & suspended ceiling systems
Majority of your time will be spent selling to contractors, specialist sub-contractors and distributors for quicker wins
However there will be another large portion of your time dedicated to specifiers & architects
focusing on commercial projects such as; commercial office, education, healthcare and residential
Projects are a mixture of refurbishment and new build
The ideal applicant will be a Area Sales Manager Suspended Ceilings with:
Must have sold a technical related building products such as; ceilings, lighting, insulation, drywall, plaster, render, interiors, decorative interior finishes etc
Must have sold to sub contractors & distributors
Ideally sold to specifiers & architects
Commercially aware
Able to absorb xiskglj technical information and articulate it in a clear way
