The role of the Service Engineer Automatic Doors will involve:

1. Field Service Engineer position dealing with the diagnosis, service and maintenance of automatic doors and entrance systems.
2. Conducting fault finding, stripping down, and the repair of automatic door systems and equipment.
3. Ensuring all equipment is left in safe working order, restored in-line with BS 7036 and BS EN16005 safety standards.
4. Submission of detailed reports on the work carried out, findings, details of stock used, and a video of the doors left in working order.
5. Delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
6. Adhering to H&S practices at all times.

The ideal applicant will be a Service Engineer Automatic Doors with:

1. Engineering experience dealing with automatic doors / automatic entrance systems.
2. ADIA/ADSA BS EN 16005 accreditation.
3. High levels of attention to detail.
4. IT literate (Microsoft Office).
5. Full UK driving license.
6. Motivated, highly organized, team player.
