The role of Sales & Marketing Manager – Commercial Fit Out will involve:
- Sales and Marketing position dealing with fit-out and refurbishment projects for various industries such as leisure, retail, healthcare, hotels, offices, pubs & restaurants
- Lead the sales pipeline, framework pursuit, sector targeting, and key account strategy while building partnerships with Tier One contractors, landlords, councils, developers, and FM providers
- Drive growth across specialist services—including fire doors, passive fire protection, joinery manufacturing
- Oversee marketing strategy, delivering brochures, sales decks, case studies, digital content, PR, sector campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand visibility across all platforms
- Enhance the quality and competitiveness of PQQs, frameworks, and tender submissions, collaborating with Directors and technical teams to produce strong case studies and bid content
- Lead digital and CRM performance by managing conversion strategy, reporting, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and client data to support informed business decisions
The ideal applicant will be a Sales & Marketing Manager – Commercial Fit Out with:
- Must have Sales & Marketing experience within the construction industry
- Ideally have experience within the construction fit-out market sector
- Full UK driving license
- Good team player who also works well individually
