The role of the Sales Executive Commercial Windows will involve:
- Selling a high quality range of timber windows and also the restoration of existing timber windows such as sash windows and casement windows
- Selling into main contractors, architects, house builders and developers
- The majority of your time will be spent winning new business with some time managing existing business accounts
- Working alongside the Estimating Team to support with tenders
- Following up on quoted works to convert sales
- Dealing with a range of order values of £100k - circa £2m
- 60% of your time will be spent in the office with the remaining 40% split between visiting customers and working from home
The ideal applicant will be:
- Must have a demonstrable track record of commercial window sales
- A portfolio of main-contractor, architects and specification contacts would be advantageous
- Hungry go-getter who is keen to develop new business alongside managing and developing existing business accounts
