Remuneration: £38,000 - £45,000 + 5% of profit delivered

The role of the Sales Executive Brick, Cladding & Masonry Products will involve:

  • Sales position selling an independent distributed range of façade solutions.
  • Initially focused on selling brick facades, but ultimately promoting terracotta, ceramic, mesh, metal rainscreen cladding systems and decorative boarding.
  • Selling into architects, main contractors, developers and brickwork sub-contractors.
  • Projects include student accommodation, hospitals, schools, high rise buildings and some housing.
  • Initially 80% of your time will be spent generating new business, with the remaining 20% on account management.
  • Tasked with generating £50k-£75k annual profit, resulting from circa £500k turnover.
  • Initially working from Crawley office, but ultimately this will be a hybrid role, 50% on the road and 50% office based.

The ideal applicant will be a Sales Executive Brick, Cladding & Masonry Products with:

  • Internal sales experience dealing with facades, cladding or bricks OR construction related field sales experience.
  • Experience selling into architects, main contractors, developers and subcontractors would be highly advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Pro-active nature.
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office).
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Bubbly personality/ zest for sales.
  • On the up in career.
