Senior Sales Engineer Remuneration: £40,000-£50,000 + £15,000 Uncapped Commission & £5,000 Bonus.

The role of the Senior Sales Engineer Cooling and Heating Hire:
- Field sales role, selling Chiller hire, Boiler hire, Portable AC, Air Handling hire, Heater hire, Heat Exchanger Hire, Buffer Tank hire, Pump hire, Full install and commissioning, Lift and shift, Mechanical and Electrical, and Logistics and craneage.
- 50% selling into industrial end users and 50% selling into trade contractors; M&E contractors, facilities contractors, plumbing & heating contractors, refrigeration contractors, air conditioning contractors.
- Tasked with growing the area from £500,000 to £1m.
- Predominantly new business but loads of enquiries to follow up on.
- Typical order values £10,000-£20,000.
- Emergency projects can be 24-48 hours, planned projects can take up to 6 months.
- Developing a limited number of national contractors that are currently not using our clients' products on this patch.
The ideal applicant will be a Senior Sales Engineer Cooling and Heating Hire with:
- Hire industry field sales experience preferred.
- Open to an engineer looking to move into sales if from a chiller/boiler background.
- Hungry go-getter.
- Some understanding of the following products: Chiller hire, Boiler hire, Portable AC, Air Handling hire, Heater hire, Heat Exchanger Hire, Buffer Tank hire, Pump hire, Full install and commissioning, Lift and shift, Mechanical and Electrical, Logistics and craneage.
