Sales Engineer – Building Industry\\nJob Title: Sales Engineer – Building Industry\\nIndustry Sector: Construction, Formwork & Falsework, Climbing Systems, Shoring, Groundwork, Temporary Works Construction Hire, Trenching, Pilling, Propping, Civil Engineering, Specialist Formwork & Falsework Sub-Contractors, reinforced concrete sub contractors and Main Contractors\\nArea to be covered: South\\nRemuneration: Up to £60,000 + £15,000 Bonus\\nBenefits: Hybrid Car (or allowance of £600 per month) + full benefits package\\nThe role of the Sales Engineer Building industry will involve:\\n * Technical field sales position, selling predominantly the sale of formwork and falsework equipment and climbing systems\\n * Smaller amount of time selling the hire of formwork and falsework equipment and climbing systems, minimum 5 month projects\\n * Proactively stimulating demand for equipment with predominantly reinforced concrete sub contractors, but also main contractors and other specialist formwork & falsework sub-contractors\\n * New business development role\\n * £2m revenue target\\n * Projects from £30,000-£40,000 up to £1m+\\n * Glenigan leads provider, plus it will be expected you will have a network of contacts from within the market\\n * A proportion of time will be spent on construction sites\\n * Utilising a team of qualified engineers for technical support\\nThe ideal applicant will be a Sales Engineer Building Industry with:\\n * Construction/ building industry hire or sale field sales backgrounds\\n * Ideally sold to reinforced concrete sub contractors\\n * Understanding of formwork and falsework\\n * Would suit field sales experience from within a; Hilti, Wurth, Sunbelt etc.\\n * Construction site experience, may consider “on the tools” experience looking for field sales role\\n * Strong new business skills\\n * Formwork or falsework technical field sales experience not essential as full product training will be provided\\n * Energetic, drive, passion and enthusiastic\\n * Mix of construction and engineering background preferred\\nThe Company:\\n * Est.
