Regional Sales Manager – Rainscreen Cladding and EWI Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Rainscreen Cladding and EWI Industry Sector: Rainscreen Cladding, A&D, EWI, External Wall Insulation, Render, Aluminium, Stone, Ceramic, Terracotta, Mesh, GRC, UHPC, Residential, Commercial, Education, Student Accommodation, Built to Rent, Architects, Interior Designers, Main Contractors, Installers and Specialist Cladding Contractors Area to be covered: Midlands to North London Remuneration: £60,000-£65,000 Neg. + £30,000-£40,000 Uncapped Commission Benefits: Car allowance & full benefits The role of the Regional Sales Manager – Rainscreen Cladding and EWI will involve: o Field sales position selling our clients high quality manufactured range of EWI (external wall insulation) render or rainscreen cladding system in terracotta, aluminium, GRC, stone, mesh or UHPC o 60% managing relationships with main contractors and installers/ specialist cladding contractors o 40% of your time winning specification projects with architects and other specifiers o New role created through growth so predominantly new business development o Targeting projects across residential, commercial, healthcare, student accommodation, built to rent and education sectors, public and private o Project values will vary from £75,000 for EWI and from £150,000-£200,000 for rainscreen cladding o Tasked with achieving a revenue target of circa £1.8m-£2m o Excellent, internal sales, PR & marketing support (Barbour ABI etc.) o Opportunity to build your career with an established company and strong product sets. The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager – Rainscreen Cladding and EWI with: o Field sales experience with external building products o Understanding of specification sales process o Experience of having sold into main contactors or specialist sub contractors/cladding installers o Knowledge or rainscreen cladding or EWI external wall insulation is not essential o Building envelope system field sales experience with; cladding, render, brick slips, curtain walling etc. may be of interest o Architectural specification field sales experience is not essential o Preferably not worked for a well-recognised brand/ capable of knocking down doors and making a name for yourself and the company o Needs to be a well organised, structured, self-motivated person with a proven track record in sales The Company: o Est.
