The role of the Recruitment Consultant Construction Sales Recruitment will involve:
Business Development position with promoting our specialist recruitment services to the construction industry
Your main responsibility will be to canvass the construction market looking for new clients / vacancies
Once up and running, this is an opportunity to progress into aBusiness Development Manager / Consultant role
Taking detailed job specifications from clients
Daily searching of the construction industry to find new opportunities
Great internal support, being mentored, trained and managed by a senior team member
Upkeep of our CRM system
Joining a well-established, experienced and successful team who are considered market leaders
The ideal applicant will be a Recruitment Consultant Construction Sales Recruitment with:
Must be based within commutable distance of Nantwich office
Must be driven, enthusiastic, competitive and with a sense of humour
Must be comfortable on the phone
Must be able to work at a fast pace
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be IT Literate (computer based role)
Ideally worked on a CRM system previously
Must be a team player
