The role will involve:
- Building relationships with existing clients for a high quality manufactured range of signage products.
- Project management, ensuring successful control and completion of projects in a timely and professional manner.
- Pro-actively calling accounts to inform them of new product ranges and providing consultative advice with a view to grow revenue.
- Responding to incoming sales enquiries predominantly by telephone and some email correspondence.
- Creating proposals and quotations, identifying opportunities and servicing accounts as required.
- Building and developing strong, long lasting relationships with customers and clients.
- Working closely with the internal team and existing account managers.
The ideal applicant will have:
- Extensive experience within the signage sector, ideally working on commercial projects.
- A proven track record in account management, building and growing relationships and project management.
- The ability to resolve most customer queries independently.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
