The role of Pre-Construction Manager Commercial Fit Out will involve:
Pre-Construction Manager position dealing with a range of commercial and education fit out projects
Manage early-stage input on specifications, compliance, and value engineering
Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure accuracy and alignment
Carrying out site visits where required to assess scopes of work and client requirements
Prepare project programmes, methodology statements, and supporting documents
Supporting the estimating team with accurate pricing of projects
Oversee technical design reviews to ensure build ability, cost efficiency, and quality
Working on projects ranging in value up to £1.5m
The ideal applicant will be a Pre-Construction Manager Commercial Fit Out with
Must have experience as a Senior Estimator, Pre Construction Manager or technically minded Project Manager within the fit out or related market sector such as: shopfitting, refurbishment, design & build, or FF&E
Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
Familiarity with JCT contract frameworks and commercial risk management
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Good team player who also works well individually
