Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage architectural and technical drawings from concept to completion.
- Create planning application drawings.
- Use Revit software for technical detailing.
- Assist with building regulations submissions.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities.
- Support project delivery across multiple stages.
- Conduct site visits when required across the South West.
- Consider all factors of rural design.
Qualifications
- Experience as an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist.
- Excellent knowledge of building regulations.
- Strong understanding of Revit software.
- Ability to create and understand technical drawings.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
