Remuneration: £25,600 + bonus

Schedule: Monday-Friday (08:30-17:00)

The role of the Operations Coordinator – Facades will involve:

  • Operations Coordinator position dealing with the coordination of logistics and supply for the supply of a range of construction products and accessories
  • Provide administrative support across logistics, purchasing and general operations.
  • Coordinate deliveries, courier bookings and transport requirements, resolving any issues or delays.
  • Manage purchase orders, stock requirements and supplier communications.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation and systems, including PODs, logistics data and purchasing information.
  • Support KPI reporting, stock analysis, compliance and continuous improvement projects.

The ideal applicant will be an Operations Coordinator – Facades with:

  • Must have administration experience within construction
  • Must have exposure to procurement, logistics, supply, operations, warehousing etc
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Confidence emailing and calling different stakeholders
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Organised, dynamic and self-motivated
