The role of the Quantity Surveyor Construction will involve:
- Dealing with a wide range of large scale commercial and residential projects.
- Managing the commercial and financial aspects of multiple construction projects, ensuring costs are controlled and budgets are maintained.
- Preparing cost estimates, valuations, financial reports, variations, and final accounts.
- Supporting procurement activities, including tender analysis, subcontractor appointments, and contract administration.
- Carrying out regular site visits, monitoring project progress, and identifying commercial risks and cost-saving opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
The ideal applicant will have:
- Quantity Surveyor experience within the construction industry.

- IT literacy (Microsoft Office).
