The role of the Site Manager - Cladding & Facades will involve:
- Promoting a high quality range of cladding, façade and building envelope projects.
- Site based role supporting the project manager ensuring the smooth running of major projects.
- Managing projects ranging in value up to £5m.
- Liaising with main client, direct labour, sub-contractors, suppliers, and other external and internal stakeholders.
Office Based: Milton Keynes (2-3 days per week)
Area to be covered: National
Remuneration: £50,000 - £70,000
