The role of the Estimator – Roofing will involve:
- Producing estimates for a range of roofing and cladding solutions
- Preparing accurate and competitive estimates for projects in line with client requirements
- Actively seeking opportunities for business development, fostering new client relationships
- Generating timely and well-structured quotes to meet customer demands
- Managing the inbox and monitoring responses for potential projects and client enquiries
- Monitoring ongoing projects from a cost perspective
- Working on projects ranging from £5k – £300k
The ideal applicant will have:
- Estimating experience within construction
- Experience with CAD
- Ideally experience within roofing
- IT literacy
- Strong commercial acumen
