The role of the Sales Estimator Architectural Stonework will involve:
- Sales Estimator position dealing with a high quality manufactured range of architectural stonework such as facades, cladding, wall dressings, window dressings, balustrades, landscaping & paving
- Producing quotes & take offs from architectural drawings
- Producing CAD designs / drawings relevant to the project
- Manage the process from enquiry through to completion
- Office based role with some requirement to visit customers, typically the home counties region
- Liaising with architects, specifiers, main contractors, sub-contractors, and private end users
- Reviewing drawings and gaining an understanding of projects/requirements
- Working on projects varying in size from £10k to £250k
The ideal applicant will be a Sales Estimator Architectural Stonework with:
- Must have experience within the building products sector, ideal to have a technical understanding of: stone, facade, lintels or a closely related product/system
- Must have experience as one or more of the following: Designer, Architectural Technician, Sales Executive, Estimator, Draughtsman or closely related
- Highly advantageous to have AutoCAD experience
- Strong relationship builder
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
