- Technical field sales position selling a high-end quality manufactured range of architectural stone & precast concrete products.
- Generating specifications and selling via architects, developers, key specifiers, end users, main contractors, sub-contractors & installers.
- Dealing with order values ranging from around £50k - £1m.
- Majority of projects will be based around the South East, East Midlands area.
The ideal applicant will have:
- Construction sales experience dealing with similar products such as precast, architectural stone, facades, masonry support, landscaping products, concrete, heavyside etc.
- Relationships with architects, developers, key specifiers, end users, main contractors, sub-contractors & installers.
- Consideration may be given to a contractor representative with previous specification exposure.
