Job Description
The role of the Technical Sales Manager – Ventilation Products will involve:
- Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of ventilation products and systems.
- All of your time will be spent focusing on and selling to social housing, local authorities and housing associations on both new build & refurbishment projects such as: office blocks, apartment blocks, hotels, student accommodation etc as well as get involved with associated commercial projects.
- Inheriting a well-established area turning over circa £1m-£1.5m.
- Majority of your time will be focused on generating new business relationships and getting more from neglected existing accounts.
- Dealing with typical projects of around £50k - £500k depending on the size of the project.
The ideal applicant will be a Technical Sales Manager – Ventilation Products with:
- Must have sold to social housing, local authorities and housing associations.
- Open in terms of what products you’ve sold.
- Would consider an M&E consultant / contractor rep.
- A team player who is highly organised.
