Remuneration: £50,000 negotiable depending on experience + £15,000 bonus

The role will involve:

  • Field sales position selling a high quality range of roofing & waterproofing systems such as single play membranes, felt systems, hot & liquid applied waterproofing, ancillary and accessories.
  • All of your time will be spent selling to roofing contractors, flat roofing contractors, building surveyors and roofing distributors/merchants such as Jewsons, MKM and IBNG.
  • As the role progresses, looking at targeting specifiers and contractors.
  • Targeted to turnover circa £2.5-£3m.
  • Good blend of account management and new business.

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Experience selling a similar building envelope or roofing solution such as guttering, roof tiles, insulation, flat roofing, pitched roofing, cladding, facades etc.
  • Experience selling to roofing contractors, flat roofing contractors, building surveyors and roofing distributors/merchants.
  • Ideally have contractors and specification experience.
  • A genuine ‘get up and go’, hungry and desire to earn.
  • Results orientated, hungry and enthusiastic.
